Lord help us all!
So Mihir and I were discussing this episode. He hasn’t seen it and was asking me whether it still sucks. I said compared to the last episode, they don’t do anything to improve it much. This pretty much sums up my thoughts on this weeks episode.
I was not dissapointed with the episode as much as the lack of effort of the makers of Heroes showed. Come on guys, where’s you ‘A’ game at?!
Anyways, a quick recap of events is all I feel like doing.
Peter and his father, Arthur Petrelli, have a nice heart to heart; discussing the implication of their actions and their beliefs.
Mohinder joins Arthur’s research in discovering a cure for ‘taking away the powers’. Maya’s powers have been absorbed/ taken away by Arthur, and she immediately proceeds to get the hell away from Mohinder.
Elle comes to the Bennet house to get ‘some answers’. Overcomming their differences, Claire and Elle join forces to go to Pinehearst (the Primatech of this season).
Sylar get’s a visit from mother dear in his comatose state, and escaping the facility, he goes out to save Peter. In the obvious turn of events, whilst Peter gets away, Sylar gets caught.
Parkman fakes his own death to get The Commpany off his back for a while, simultaneously winning Daphne’s heart in the process of displaying his sheer awesomeness.
Arthur convinces Sylar to join him, and makes Sylar kill Peter. Obviously being the good old brother that he is, Sylar doesn’t exactly let Peter fall to his death from seven floors.
In a mindblowing coincedence, Claire and Elle reach Pinhearst just as Peter fell. Whilst Claire rescues Peter, Elle goes inside to ‘get rid of her powers’.
An awkward moment occurs between Nathan, Tracy and Claire’s mom, when Mr. Bennet comes to rescue the former two.
Peter tells Nathan about their dad!……!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And to wrap things up, Hiro goes on his ‘Soul Walk’.
Yeah…..I don’t feel like saying much. At least things arent getting as bad as Season 2. I still hold hope for improvement come episode 8.
And on that desparate note…
