Dash Berlin is like ice cream.

So I’m sitting here, bored at work…

…and Man on The Run is going through my head. Not exactly an epiphany, but I realised sitting here on this comfy chair that all of Dash Berlin’s songs which I’ve heard are pretty much the same thing.

Till The Sky Falls Down, You Never Said and now Man on The Run all have captivating vocals. Roughly around the middle of the track the piano solo begins, ending with the pronounced synths taking over and cooling off with the core beats resuming with the chorus again.

Sounds repetitive? Well, it is. But I am more than thankful for it.

Why? Every once in a while I have the Haagen Dazs Strawberry Cheesecake. It’s the same ice cream I keep on having over an over, but never on a regular basis. Too much of a good thing just ruins it. And so too, in the last one year, we’ve had just 3 productions from Dash Berlin featured on A State Of Trance. A rare treat that tastes a little like heaven every time you have it.

The conclusion, therefore, is that Dash Berlin’s tracks are like ice cream, or HD’s Strawberry Cheesecake in my case 😉

And just to give you guys a little taste, here’s the…

… strawberry (Till The Sky Falls Down)…

…cheese (You Never Said)…

…cake (Man on The Run).
